Today’s route takes us through the scenic landscapes of Menorca’s South-West coast. Almost entirely flat and flanked by low cliffs, the trail is ideal for a peaceful seaside stroll. Beyond its natural beauty, this route also carries historical significance. Along the way, we encounter Sa Talaia d’Artrutx, a 17th-century defense turret once used to warn locals of incoming threats, as well as concrete bunkers dating back to the Spanish Civil War—when Menorca was one of the last areas to fall under Franco’s control.

We finish our official walk on the coast, in Son Xoriguer, where we’ll enjoy lunch with a view of the sea.

For those wanting to extend the experience, there’s an optional 7 km extension, which takes you past the iconic Artrutx lighthouse and along low coastal cliffs adorned with dune vegetation, ending in the area of Cala Blanca.

In the evening, we gather for a special farewell dinner at one of our favorite places in town.
