At Fresco Tours, we’ve been walking the Camino de Santiago with travelers for over 20 years. But we don’t just walk – we create active, authentic, and unforgettable experiences. If you enjoy the outdoors, love working with people, and have a spirit of adventure, this opportunity is for you. 

📌 What will your role be?

• Lead small groups (max. 16 people) on walking tours along the Camino de Santiago. 

• Deliver a warm, personalized, friendly experience for every traveler – whether it’s their first time or they’re returning to the Camino. 

• Switch roles: one day you’ll walk with the group; the next, you’ll drive the van ahead to prepare the picnic and handle logistics. 

• Take on a variety of tasks: guiding, preparing picnics, driving, translating, troubleshooting, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

👣 What makes you the right fit? 

• You’re fluent in both Spanish and English. 

• You’re energetic, outgoing, and experienced in customer service, tourism, or outdoor activities. 

• You’re organized and resourceful, able to juggle multiple responsibilities.

You’re a team player who enjoys working with others. 

• You’re familiar with the Camino de Santiago and experienced in hiking or walking routes. 

• You’re based in Spain and comfortable navigating local areas. 

• You hold a valid driver’s license and are confident driving a large van. 

• You’re available to work in 12-day blocks.
