We are proud to finally present the first edition of our Camino Recipe Book. Inside you will find 37 easy-to-prepare recipes for a delicious al fresco picnic lunch.
This is a recipe book with a twofold objective. On the one hand, we wanted to share some of our signature salad recipes with you, many of which you have already eaten on your Camino with us. On the other hand, we wanted to offer a collection of picnic salads that are easy to prepare and serve. We are very aware of the challenges preparing picnics entail as we are frequently racing the clock to have everything ready for lunch. That’s why we like to keep things fresh, simple and tasty!
