I was very happy with all the details Fresco freed me from not having to figure out on the fly. This gave us all a special family experience. Alissa, Jeffery, Eduardo, and Jorge gave us truly special memories.

Fresco tours delivers high quality support to pilgrims walking the Camino. When they say pampered pilgrims they mean it. The accommodations and food are all first class. The guides are knowledgeable and fun. I knew this was going to be a great trip but had no idea how meaningful and soul touching it would be. Thank you Fresco Tours for taking care of all the details so I could focus on my journey.

A great Camino experience! The hotel locations and quality were excellent, and the send off dinner and breakfasts allowed us to easily get to know the other Fresco walkers. The Santiago tour and seating in the church got us a great view of the famous censor swing across the church.  Thank you for an excellent job of coordinating and communicating with us.  Buen Camino!

Thank you again for making the arrangements for our latest Camino walk. We had a wonderful time.  I am still looking forward to completing the 150 miles or so of the Camino Frances I haven’t yet walked at some point in the future.

I loved everything about our Fresco Tour on the Camino Frances! Our guides Sandra and Ana were outstanding and truly made it a special experience for us. The food & wine were as delicious as promised. Fresco did a wonderful job supporting my group and preparing us for a trip of a lifetime!

I am a busy physician from the Philippines and didn’t bother checking the tour group that my sister and I are joining. All we wanted was to finish the Camino. When we got to Leon, I was amazed by the beautiful hotel that was monastery turned hotel! Then we met the guides, David and Niko. They are very knowledgeable, we have a nightly review of what one will expect in the trails, like ground incline, descent, where we could have a decent use of the bathrooms. Lunch was light and nutritious, made more interesting by David’s stories and Niko’s jokes. Their stories have entertained us and made us forget our pains and aches and feelings of losing hope and giving up. I am particularly touched when the guides would walk beside us, the weaker walkers, encouraging us to go on. When it rained hard along the trails, they would always ask if we are ok. The manor houses with the lovely hostesses like Elena and Dona Marisol added warmth to our spirits to finish! And when we got to Santiago Compostela, we had a special lunch to celebrate! I am grateful for Fresco for making my dream of doing the Camino come true. Not only did I get a certificate, but I gained friends, like David who has taught me Insights in life, my groupmates Kathy, Jim, Claire, Lynn, Mary and of course Niko who made me laugh and gave me the lesson to take life always with a light heart. I am back to my boring 8-5 job, but everytime I reminisce my Camino, I always break into a smile. Camino is not just a journey to Santiago, Camino is a journey through life. Life where one needs to treat everyone with love and care and a greeting, ” Buen Camino”

fresco Tours was recommended to me by friends who had participated in a Camino Tour. I was not sure what to expect, but must say Fresco tours exceeded my expectations in every way. They paid attention to every detail. Accommodations were great. They are so organized, there is nothing left undone! I would love to participate in another of their tours ! My wife and I did the 200 KM Camino Frances independent walk with Fresco Tours in September 2023. It was a positive experience in every manner. As such, we elected to do the short version of the Camino Portuguese this year, again with Fresco. The hotel arrangements and luggage forwarding services worked flawlessly. Based on our prior and current experiences, I would not hesitate to utilize Fresco in the future.

The staff is available to help you before and throughout your trip. I had difficulty joining the group because of an airline strike on Azores and Dora helped me reach the group only a day and a half late. She was amazing!

Not only the gorgeous country, Fresco Tours thinks of everything! It made our walk so enjoyable and Nagore was a wonderful guide.

Fresco Tours took care of everything. They provided the information needed for preparing and packing for the trip and took care of hotel reservations and luggage transportation between hotels. Our guides were multi-talented and professional. They provided information about each day’s trek on our Camino Portuguese and even prepared fresh and delicious picnic lunches for each day. I would definitely use this company for any future Camino trips.

The trip was amazing!  Fresco Tours was great from start to finish. Alissa was fast with details and info. And Ana our guide and Alberto our transport guy were both awesome too. They were attentive and enthusiastic about their jobs and so professional too. I’ve done other guided tours, and this is top of the line. Our accommodations and food were also excellent. When we got into Santiago, Ana’s excitement, and assistance with the certificates etc were so helpful. We had the best time and a lot of laughs that we will remember forever.
