Unfortunately, the spread of the COVID-19 virus is affecting all of us in many ways. In response to these extenuating circumstances, Fresco Tours has added more flexibility to our Final Payment and Change of Tour Date policy for our 2020 Tours to allow our clients more time and information to make their decision.
1. Final Payment Extension. Due date softened to 30 days prior to tour start (vs our standard 60 days).
2. Change of Date / Postpone Your Tour. NO change fees. 100% full credit towards any future tour with Fresco Tours. As a token of your loyalty, we will respect your current tour price for 1 year (if you decide to do the same tour), and there will be NO expiration date on your credit.
We hope our transparency and flexibility in this complex situation give you the confidence and assurance to join us knowing that the client experience Before, During and After your walk is our number 1 priority.
We believe it is our civic duty as individuals and as a business to help flatten the curve, and to do our part, we are all currently working from home and will be happy to address your needs.
