My college roommate and I decided to celebrate our 70th birthday year and our 50 year friendship by walking the last 115K of the Camino. We began our self-guided tour in Sarria and walked for 6 days to Santiago. The Camino was amazing. Daily walking the path through villages, meadows, forests and rural roads was meditative and awe inspiring. The accommodations arranged by Fresco Tours staff were welcomed and comfortable. Each day’s map grounded me with helpful and thorough information. Our send off meal and orientation with David in Sarria was awesome. Thank you all at Fresco Tours.
