From the initial planning, to arrival to the daily details that made the Camino from O Cebreiro to Compostela a most memorable life changing event!

This was truly the trip of a lifetime! The entire experience exceeded my expectations: the Camino, the views, the guides, the food, the accommodations, the weather, and the camaraderie. It was a magical experience that I reflect upon again and again.

My wife and I just returned from Fresco Tours’ Basque in the Glory experience. It was fabulous – an extremely well-curated tour to give pilgrims a better understanding of The Camino (the rugged northern route) as well a very immersive encounter with Basque culture, history, art, cuisine, landscape, and even geology. We had an EXCELLENT team of guides and they were beautifully accommodating to our band of 12 pilgrims. 

I wanted you to know we had a great time. I was so impressed with Elba and David, they are exceptional and do great work for you all. They went above and beyond to help us with the trip and our post Camino activities.

Our Fresco Tour was beyond expectations, especially regarding our guides, the accomodations, the beauty of the Camino itself and organization. The stimulating new friends and awesome weather will be hard to beat, and unbelievably lucky, but this was a 10+.

Fresco Tours came highly recommended – and I was not disappointed! I loved everything about it – accommodations, food (especially the FABULOUS picnics – the high point of most days!) Anna and Miguel were wonderful guides and I believe it is one of the best walking holidays I have ever taken (and I’ve done a lot!)

I can’t say enough praise for the guides and the effort by Fresco in every way to treat us like the early kings and queens of Spain.

Fresco tours was the best decision. They made our Camino doable fun, festive and fabulous. I would do it with them again in a heartbeat!

I had high expectations for this Camino hike and they were exceeded in every way by Fresco. Our two guides, Sandra and Nico, were exceptional – honestly the best pairing! They made our trip so special and felt like family members by the end. Fresco does a fabulous job of planning and anticipating everything which makes it possible to truly enjoy the Camino! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I recently completed the 200 km on the Frances trail to Santiago de Compostela. Extraordinary experience and made so enjoyable due to the planning, execution and communication from Fresco Tours. They are the absolute best. I highly recommend them.

The Kinder Camino tour with Fresco tours far exceeded my expectations in every way! Jeffery and Nagore were professional, fun and extremely knowledgeable guides at the ready for any of our questions or needs. Accommodations and food were delicious, whether at our accommodations or off-site dining, but especially during the group picnics! I did happen to purchase the Camino Cookbook. Great thought was put into the added cultural tours which were arranged with extremely knowledgeable guides.
