Dear Alex, What can I add to accolades you’ve already gotten for your charming and professional trek? The food was excellent  local, fresh, very healthy, and the regional wine great. The sequence of walking for a few hours, mostly through gorgeous countryside and farms, and then arriving at a little cluster of buildings where they serve the best cafe con leche ever was most memorable.
