Vaughan and I want to express our deepest thanks to David and Ana. They made the tour awesome. Their historical knowledge and anecdotes, how history impacts today’s culture, highlighting local culture for us and the cultural recipes and food. Luckily, we maintained our weight between the hiking and over eating :-)! Everything was so delicious. I personally want to thank them for the care they took to prepare 2 versions of many salads to ensure one was gluten free and working with the hotels, manor homes and restaurants to ensure gluten free options. Vaughan has traveled far more extensively than I have and he agreed this was one of the best trips he has taken.
