If you are planning to walk the Camino, I strongly recommend that you use Fresco Tours. We recently completed a self-guided walk from Ponferrada to Santiago with Fresco, and right from the start, we had a good experience. Elba was remarkably knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. Nagore, our guide in Ponferrada, got us off to an excellent start. Her tips and advice proved very helpful on a daily basis. The materials Fresco provided were extremely useful, especially the daily maps.
