I am glad I decided to mark the occasion of my retirement by walking the Camino with Fresco Tours. I could not have asked for more collegial travel companions than the 9 fellow pilgrims that made up our group. Our guides Hector and Alís did an excellent job organizing our daily treks and preparing our wonderful all fresco lunches each day. They enriched our experience by taking us off the Camino to investigate some additional sites along the way. The other pleasant surprise were the “pazos” we stayed in at night. Each inn had its own charm and character and provided hearty breakfasts and and delicious dinners with farm to table freshness. I will definitely look into other tours operated by Fresco Tours.
