We had a wonderful time on our July trip this summer. The sights and historical places would only be possible through the knowledgeable tour guides of Fresco tours. I will never forget this trip.

The Camino, the Way, the Journey, what truly matters is not getting to Santiago but the journey there. The experience is a personal one, time to reflect, time to soul search, time to find your own way. Fresco tours took care of all the details and enabled me to enjoy my journey. Our guys Jason and Alis were fabulous. It was also great to share some time with Alex and Sandra. I would highly recommend this group to anyone entertaining the thought of doing the Camino

My family and I just returned from a glorious hike on the El Camino Portugués. With every detail meticulously planned out and seamlessly executed, Fresco Tours exceeded our expectations in every way. This was, by far, the best vacation we have ever experienced!! If you love to hike but prefer to rough it smoothly by eating gourmet meals and sleeping in a comfy bed, this trip is for you! Ready, set, Go!!

We had a great trip! This tour company really knows how to put together a wonderful package of great food, great hotels, and great care of their guests. One of our group had a medical emergency, ambulance and hospital stay (not related to the walk) and they took family members back and forth to the hospital, translated, and were a great comfort ! All the time flawlessly seeing that our group was uninterrupted in our trek to Santiago.

What a wonderful and meaningful experience we had on Fresco Tours’ Kinder Camino. Communications with Fresco Tours was outstanding. Our questions about the tour, our requests for lodging and transportation, and other miscellaneous inquiries were always effectively and efficiently responded to by Alissa. Required forms and pre-tour recommendations were clear and timely. Nor can we say enough about the expertise and personal engagement of both Roberto and Irene, our guides. They were like family and created an atmosphere of camaraderie, confidence, and concern for the well-being of all the members. Their efforts to provide an optimal experience was outstanding. Their personalities were delightful, and their knowledge of Spain and the Camino matched that of the finest teachers. Overall, the journey was truly enhanced with a mixture of spiritual highpoints, trail fellowship, the culinary delights of Galicia, outstanding lodging, and a real sense of personal accomplishment.

We did the Kinder Camino Tour in May and it has been my best travel experience, thanks to the excellence of the organization of excursions and excellent outdoor guides. I can’t say enough about the cool expert handling every aspect of the tour, from assistance with every detail before you get to the guides, the accommodation, the food and restaurants, and even the unexpected gift of a photo gallery taken by the guides. Our journey included trips to places we would never have seen without guides, and which in itself is valuable beyond measure. Monasteries, an ancient Celtic fortress just out of the way (where we could see dozens of pilgrims going below), and a lot of historical elements that are invaluable and you can easily lose without experienced guides.

Alissa I just wanted to let you know that this was the most remarkable, enjoyable, INCREDIBLE vacation I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much for all your work. I will definitively be writing a review, as soon as I catch up with all of my work! Thank you again!! All the best, Lynda.
