Dear Alex, I’m sure you heard everything went smoothly – except the rain which as clever as you may be, is not in your preview! We adored Jason, Ria & Pepe. The van support, which I took advantage of several times, was a blessing! Also enjoyed meeting Alissa (from Bergen County, NJ no less!) for dinner one evening. The meals and the hotels, especially at Palas de Rei were truly remarkable. Susan & I stayed on, in Santiago for several additional days enjoying the city. Later a flight attendant saw the shell on my backpack and asked if I was a Catholic. I said “afraid not”, but it would be easy to become one after the Camino, the Cathedral, Churches, Seminaries, & Convents of Santiago de Compostela! Great trip. Peg
