Seville, the vibrant capital of Andalusia, Spain, boasts a rich culinary tradition deeply rooted in its history and cultural diversity. Sevillian cuisine is characterized by its bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a blend of influences from both Moorish and Mediterranean culinary traditions.

One of the quintessential Sevillian dishes is “tapas,” small plates that allow diners to sample a variety of flavors. From classic options like “tortilla española” (potato omelette) and “jamón ibérico” (Iberian ham) to local specialties such as “salmorejo” (chilled tomato and bread soup) and “espinacas con garbanzos” (spinach with chickpeas), Seville’s tapas scene offers something for every palate.

For a true taste of Seville, we will head to its bustling streets lined with tapas bars and restaurants. The neighborhoods of Triana and Santa Cruz are particularly renowned for their lively atmosphere and authentic culinary experiences.
