We start an exciting morning with a visit to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art to learn about the important role of the Jerez-bred Carthusian horses. Next, we are treated to a spectacular exhibition where we witness these horses dancing. Afterwards, we sample some of Jerez’s other famed prize, sherry, in the old quarter of town!

The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art (Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre) in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, is a prestigious institution dedicated to preserving and promoting the traditional Andalusian horsemanship and culture.

Founded in 1973, the school is housed in a beautiful 18th-century palace known as the Palacio del Recreo de las Cadenas.
