How does one imagine a 150 kilometer walking trip to Santiago de Compostela? It would be difficult to match up with the reality of our recent walk with Fresco Tours on the Camino. Three happy, helpful men made sure we would never get lost, always have a delicious lunch and be picked up and swished off to a heavenly place to spend the night. Were it not for the genuine care they took with us, the walk would have been just a long arduous trek. Alex, Ricardo and Jason, thank you for all the effort you took to make sure our trip was just right. It was indeed a great chance to see a beautiful part of Spain, meet fellow pilgrims and ponder with each step the history and meaning of the Camino! Ted
It will be hard to forget our time of pilgrimage with you! Our friends politely listen as we rave about all aspects specific people, places, and of course food. Alex I would love to have some recipes from your fabulous lunches. I considered them unforgettable but it seems that I have, indeed, forgotten. So recipes would be very appreciated.
